| February 1, 2023 | Review funding on lump sum positions (Students, Graduate Assistants, Casual Labor) & notify Budget Office of any adjustments |
| May 26, 2023 | Current year departmental budget amendments are due to the Budget Office |
| June 1, 2023 | Budget Sweep – remaining nonpersonal service budget balances over $10,000 will be reduced to $10,000 (E&G Only) |
| June 30, 2023 | Deadline of printing/downloading final copies of the FY 2023 Budget Business Objects Reports (FY2023 reports will not be available after this date). This includes all reports in the Budget Reports folder in Business Objects. |
